Fruits of Her Labor
Delaney begins to harvest the apples her tree has finally grown. As usual, she gets pretty excited about this and lives off of the fruits of her labor for days. But her quest for a mate, unlike her appetite, isn’t satiated. As she continues her week of work, she also continues looking for Mr. Right.

More Men
There’s Beau Andrews, who Delaney meets at the pool, but who also happens to be married to her friend and coworker, Victoria. Delaney’s desperate, but not that desperate. There’s also famous singer Stiles McGraw, over whom Delaney gets a little too excited. In fact, she’s so excited that she thinks he’s a famous baseball player, apparently. But he’s a little too closed and mysterious for bubbly Delaney.

Humble Home
By now Delaney is an official freelancer and has earned enough money to close the walls of her home and move her toilet and shower inside. Life is good. After a shower and moment of excitement she decides on a whim to call one of the men she met during her conquests, a Mr. Gage Briody.

How YOU Doin?
Delaney calls Gage up and they have a good conversation. She invites him to the beach that night to get to know him a little more.

Rendezvous
The two share a long night of talking and getting to know each other. Gage is surprisingly normal and doesn’t carry any baggage. In fact, Delaney can’t find a thing wrong with him. He’s good, loves the outdoors, and is frugal, which is something Delaney can value at this point in her life. They hit it off so well, in fact . . .

Good Morning? Good Night.
That they remain at the beach talking until sunrise. Both are practically falling over their own feet, but they don’t want to leave.

Prospects . . .
Without getting a wink of sleep, Delaney rides off to work, her mind still on the beach with Gage. It drifts then to her future, to her wish for a family. She’s certain already that Gage is who she would like to spend the rest of her life with, even after only one night of talking with him. She decides to see him after work (and a nap) and really work her charms on him. She doesn’t have time to waste.

Moonlight Romance
Delaney meets Gage in the park for a picnic, after which she starts to seal the deal. They hold hands, and finally, she moves in for the kiss . . . will Gage pull away like Connor, or does he in fact feel the same way?

This Feels Right.
Gage indeed feels the same as Delaney and their first kiss in the moonlight convinces her that she’s finally found the one, the man of her dreams, her special someone, her Mr. Big. She’s so excited, in fact . . .

Jumping In.
That she follows Gage into the bathroom and jumps into his arms. Luckily he isn’t turned off by her antics. In fact, he finds them rather endearing.

Will You Be a Wood?
The next day, weary after hours of writing, Delaney pops the question. Sure, it’s unconventional, but Miss Wood’s never been one for convention. Gage says yes and receives his shiny, shiny ring with glee. They have a small ceremony, and before Delaney knows it, Gage is happily a part of her family.

Meet Gage Wood!
Gage Briody, now known as Gage Wood, doesn’t have much to give Delaney. He’s unemployed but wants to be a scientist. He only has a little over 1,000 simoleons, but it’s enough for them to extend their floor, buy a nice double bed and put a door on their bathroom. Anyway, Delaney isn’t concerned with money. She’s just happy to have him in her life. Gage gets a job in the science field, buys a new outfit, starts growing in his hair, and decides to start taking better care of himself now that he has someone who cares about him, and someone he cares about in return.

Oops . . .
Gage goes to the gym as Delaney practices her writing. He’s not a pro at the treadmill, but he tries his best for his wife. He goes home tired but the sight of his new wife is enough to make him feel like he could run a hundred miles.

Let's Start Our Family.
One night soon after, Delaney and Gage spend a romantic evening in bed. After they finish, Delaney imagines she hears the sound of chimes announcing her future child.

The Harvest Begins.
Delaney leaves Gage sleeping in bed, her mind swimming with thoughts of the family that doesn’t exist yet. As she picks the newest fruit from the tree, she can’t help but smile. She imagines something stirring deep inside of her, waiting to be awakened. She imagines the next chapter of her life beginning.
